Hi I am Jacob! Made in Israel and raised in Rockland County. My passion projects include helping people unearth their potential in both their business and personal lives.
If you are just tuning into my journey now, you will see a young and passionate entrepreneur, but know that things weren’t always like this for me.
I took my first step as an entrepreneur at the age of 17 when my father gave me they keys to his Driveway Sealcoating and Paving business. At the time I was completely unaware that I just grabbed the first rung on my ladder of success.
At the close of that summer I had to explore other opportunities to increase my income since the Driveway business was a seasonal gig. I ended up choosing to become a Real Estate Salesperson after a year and a few months and some deals done, I decided to start Jay Property Holdings.
At Jay Property Holdings we help Owners and Investors Buy, Sell, Manage and Invest in Commercial Real Estate in the Tri-State area.
